Study of the structure and dynamics of proteins in various states and of their interaction with different ligands.

The main method of research at the Laboratory is the high resolution nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique.
The Laboratory successfully cooperates with other divisions of the Institute and carries out joint research with institutes of the Pushchino Research Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Methods
To verify NMR results and obtain additional information about investigated substances we use such complementary methods as circular dichroism, fluorescence, differential scanning calorimetry and spectrophotometric analysis.
