Methods
Isolation and cultivation of primary and continuous cells, determination of their viability, proliferative and differentiating activities; studies of the biological activities of materials, nanomaterials including, under in vitro conditions (adhesiveness, cytotoxicity, hemotoxicity, genotoxicity, antioxidant properties); formation of supramolecular complexes and composite materials, microencapsulation of biologically active factors and cells.
