Aim of the conference:
The main goal of the conference is to provide a multidisciplinary platform for the presentation and discussion of scientific results on the ultra-weak luminescence of biological systems, with a particular focus on ultra-weak luminescence in the mid-UV range (mitogenetic radiation) and cancer-related aspects of endogenous biophotonics, radiation hormesis, secoassociated phenomena and hypotheses.
Topics:
· Experimental results on ultraweak luminescence of biological and (bio-)chemical systems;
· Instrumentation and methods for ultra-weak luminescence studies;
· Mechanisms of ultra-weak luminescence in biological and (bio-)chemical systems;
· Ultra-weak luminescence studies for monitoring and diagnostics of biological systems in medicine, agriculture, and other fields;
· Specific features of cells, tissues, physiological fluids, and metabolism in cancer, promising for diagnostics by biophotonic methods;
· Mitogenetic radiation and relevant cancer diagnostics, radiation hormesis, secondary biogenic radiation, and related phenomena: experimental results, hypotheses and prospects for further research.
Round-table discussion will be devoted to mitogenetic radiation, ‘cancer quencher’, radiation hormesis, secondary biogenic radiation and related phenomena
Reports and comments offering constructive criticism are appreciated as much as those supporting and developing the concepts.
